Shipping Policy

Orders placed on business days before 11 AM PST will be shipped the same day, with the only exceptions being public holidays and abnormally high order volume. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day. 

Our standard methods of shipping are USPS and UPS Ground. Standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days. While USPS and UPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur.

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer, please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes can only be made before our shipping team has shipped out your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please double check that your ship to address is correct, thank you!

Once the package has been picked up by UPS or USPS, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package. Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. 

VIIA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, VIIA offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add this protection to your order at checkout or reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.

By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize VIIA Hemp Co. to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order.

Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience delays.

International Shipping

VIIA Hemp Co. currently does not ship internationally.

Refund Policy


If something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a return or exchange as long as we are notified within 10 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from when the order was delivered. All Vaporizer cartridge products cannot be returned. 

Whether you are granted a return or exchange is determined on a case by case basis. 

While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.


You have until before your order is processed to cancel your order. You will be notified via email when your order has processed. If your order has been processed and you wish to cancel, you may send it back to us but we do ask that you pay for the shipping costs. 

Shipping Refund Policy

All refunds (if granted) will be denied a refund for the shipping cost, unless we are responsible for shipping an incorrect item or at fault for shipping to an incorrect address. 

Independent Retail Purchases

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations or 3rd party websites. If you purchased a VIIA Hemp Co. product at a retail location, or through a website other than, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor the transactions or sale of VIIA Hemp products after we ship them.

While we stand by our products, we understand that shopping online for hemp products can be a gamble. We want our customers to feel comfortable taking a chance at trying a product they’ve never had before, but without worrying they’ll be stuck with something they might not like. 

That is why we have a Worry Free Guarantee! If you buy something from us and you are unsatisfied, you can send it back to us and we will give you a gift card to try something else. 

Order Requirements 

  • Must be the first time you have ordered this product from the online store.
  • The returned product must be at least 1/2 full.
  • Order must be fewer than 14 days old from delivery.
  • Sale items, packs, and bundles do not apply 

Once your submission has been accepted, you will receive a USPS return label via email. Please use this label to ship the item back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will email you the gift card. Please note, our Worry Free Guarantee policy does not offer cash back.
