I’ve been tracking my sleep for over a year because I sleep pretty poorly. I’ve tried blackout curtains, eye masks, white noise machines, ear plugs, air filters, new pillows, new sheets, melatonin, changing diet/exercise, etc. but nothing has helped yet. I figured I’d give the Zen CBN + CBD a try, but they have not seemed to do anything for me. They’re not having any negative impact that I’m aware of, but they don’t positively affect my sleep either. For over a month I took the recommended 1 gummy about an hour before bed. After 1 month I increased to taking 1 gummy about 4 hours before bed and then another 1 hour before bed. I have not noticed any positive change in my sleep. I still average 4.5 - 5 hours of sleep a night, even though I’m in bed for 7-9 hours. That being said, I’m sure results vary by person so they may work better for someone else.

    Relaxes me to help me get to sleep. No side effects I have noticed. I’ve tried lots of CBD gummies for sleep and this is the best I’ve found.

    Zane will relax you and help you fall asleep. I don’t find it at last the complete night without help but I have found relief and no morning grog and that’s the best thing
