The effect of the product is a 5. It took me two days to open the bottle, I used a drywall saw; the back of a hammer and an old timey bottle opener to finally get it open and am amazed I didn’t hurt myself. PLEASE, I beg of you to change the flavor. This is the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life, I was literally gagging. Tried cutting it up and swallowing like a pill and almost choked. Truly horrible tasting. But, great effect! Please make bottle not adult proof and make it taste pleasant!

    I use this one at Bedtime. Caution!!
    This is the first time I have used this one…..I took a whole one ….Slept Right through to Bedtime the next day! It was great but a little too much for me. So now I take 1/2 one with the CBG/ CBD!!!
