The VIIA High Spectrum line is made with Legal THC (Delta 9 THC), this means that it is made with Delta 9 THC that has been extracted from the hemp. The level of Delta 9 hemp derived THC contained in each gummy complies with the 2018 Farm Bill.
In 2018, there was an amendment to the Farm Bill that made hemp federally legal and its constituents – as long as the amount of Delta 9 THC present in dry weight is under 0.3% by dry weight volume. Generally speaking when referring to ‘THC’ we are referring to ‘Delta 9 THC.” By this law, legal THC is THC that has been extracted specifically from an organic hemp plant whose dry weight contained less than 0.3% of this THC. While this can be confusing, just know that all of VIIA Hemp Co’s products are made with legal THC or no THC at all – you can always verify by checking out our lab analysis. The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act has also made it so all food and drugs are safely overseen.
